WIN Atlas provides a platform for career planning and exploration that is engaging, relevant, and empowering. Upon opening the mobile app, users are prompted to select one of three primary options: 1) I just can’t narrow it down; 2) I know what I want to be; and 3) I have no idea what I want to be. This initial step allows students to efficiently focus on their career interests and prepare for the journey ahead.

The mobile app offers learners the flexibility to access the Career Exploration component across various devices including tablets, smartphones, and app-enabled devices. Users can navigate through the application in multiple ways:

• Assess: Complete an Interest and/or Work Priorities Survey
• Explore: Investigate different careers and their details
• Plan: Set goals and devise a roadmap for educational and career success

By exploring occupations in relation to educational pathways and regional opportunities, students can experiment with various career scenarios by filtering career clusters based on region, salary potential, and job zones.

Within the app, students can save occupation profiles and educational institutions that catch their interest to 'My Favorites.' Furthermore, users can delve deeper into each occupation by examining:

• Detailed job descriptions
• Interests associated with the occupation
• Work values related to the occupation
• Skills required for the occupation
• Education prerequisites
• Common college majors associated with the occupation
• Schools offering relevant degree/certificate programs
• Average wages in the industry
• Regional employment outlook

The overarching objective of WIN Atlas is to assist students in identifying potential careers while understanding the correlation between educational paths and career prospects. Upon completing an Interest or Work Priorities survey, students receive a list of occupations that align with their preferences.
